Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid gaming license as per Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission policy.
• Required completion of company training within designated time frames.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels in collaboration with department management.
• Solicit and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Implement and maintain purchasing policies and procedures.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Diligently follow up on open orders and perform data entry transactions.
• Coordinate with accounts payable on invoice variances.
• Prepare requests for transaction approvals for regulatory compliance as required.
• Uphold high integrity and honesty in handling supplier information and guest interactions.
• Support compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
