Job summary

Drylock Technologies USA in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a hands-on Purchasing Manager to guide a team and drive strategic supplier support, purchasing execution, and disciplined inventory for over $100 million in raw materials.

You will partner with corporate sourcing, lead local procurement, and elevate maintenance and operations service levels in a true player-coach leadership role.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing purchasing, materials, supply chain, MRO, storeroom, inventory, or plant operations.
  • Experience leading or supporting purchasing teams, supplier follow-up, PO execution, expediting, and internal customer service.
  • Strong understanding of MRO inventory, min/max planning, cycle counts, ERP/MRP transaction discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the purchasing team supporting corporately sourced raw materials and related purchasing activity.
  • Local purchasing execution: POs, supplier follow-up, delivery tracking, expediting, issue resolution, internal customer service.
  • Partner with corporate sourcing to align plant needs, raw material requirements, supplier communication, and purchasing priorities.
  • MRO parts room leadership: improve organization, accountability, service expectations, transaction discipline, labeling, storage, follow-through.
  • Strengthen parts availability, inventory accuracy, min/max, cycle counts, replenishment discipline, and inventory control.

Are you a hands-on purchasing, materials, MRO, or parts room leader who can balance strategic supplier support, purchasing execution, inventory discipline, and plant service needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

Drylock Technologies in Eau Claire, WI is looking for a Purchasing Manager to support purchasing activity tied to more than $100 million in corporately sourced raw materials, while also leading local purchasing follow-through, MRO inventory performance, parts room organization, and maintenance service levels. This is an on-site role in Eau Claire Wisconsin.

This is a true player-coach leadership role—ideal for someone who can partner with corporate sourcing, lead a purchasing team, improve supplier and order follow-through, stabilize the parts room, and stay close enough to the work to remove barriers for maintenance, production, and operations.
