Sun Holdings, Inc. is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Purchasing Manager to lead procurement for multiple Mexican concepts.

You will drive sourcing, cost control, quality assurance, and supplier performance across numerous locations, working with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver value and consistency to guests. The role emphasizes operations oversight, compliance, and strong cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of purchasing experience in casual dining, preferably with familiarity in Mexican cuisine supply needs.
• Strong understanding of procurement strategy, cost control, and vendor relations.
• Experience working with local suppliers and regional sourcing channels.
• Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software and systems.
• Skilled in budgeting, pricing analysis, and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of ethical, sustainable, and socially responsible sourcing practices.
• Familiarity with procurement-related laws and compliance standards at local and national levels.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach.

Job Summary
