Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in South Easton, MA. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing procurement activities, developing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and products. The role also involves overseeing inventory levels, analyzing market trends, and working closely with other departments to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Vendor Management, Contract Negotiation, and Procurement
• Strong Analytical skills and proficiency in Market Trend Analysis
• Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management skills
• Construction and pool service experience
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the pool services or related industry is a plus
• Experience with NetSuite, Power BI and Microsoft family preferred
• Experience in M&A Synergies
• Experience with PE backed equity
• Bachelors degree with a graduate level degree with a focus on purchasing and supply chain.
• Experience managing 4x growth
• Heavy analytics and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help out on a busy day.
