This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for leading our purchasing function and team across our retail locations. You'll work closely with our stores, meet with brands and vendors throughout the market, analyze product and inventory performance, and ensure we have the right products, in the right locations, at the right time.

This position reports to the CEO or COO, is based in our Chicago office four days per week, and requires at least 50% travel to our retail locations and other business meetings.

Why Join Us?

This isn't a purchasing role where you'll spend your entire week behind a spreadsheet.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead a team, get into the stores, meet the brands, understand the market, and see the direct impact of your purchasing decisions.

We're looking for someone who can lead people while still being willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work. Someone who is curious about the market, confident presenting ideas, highly attentive to detail, and committed to being a great partner to our retail teams.

If you know how to balance great products, strong vendor relationships, healthy inventory, team leadership, and smart purchasing decisions, we’d love to hear from you.

Internal Candidates

Current employees must have been in their current position for at least six months to be eligible to apply and must meet the minimum qualifications for the role.
