Automated Industrial Systems (AIS) seeks a detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Manager to support purchasing, inventory control, supplier communication, and overall efficiency. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and helping shape purchasing processes as AIS grows.

The ideal candidate will manage supplier relations, track orders and inventory transactions, and collaborate with accounting, production, and management to implement improvements and maintain accurate records.

Formación

• 6+ months of purchasing, procurement, or inventory experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with computer systems, spreadsheets, and business software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the procurement of materials, components, and supplies.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels to support production and customer requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, and order status.
• Track and manage purchase orders, receiving activities, and inventory transactions.
• Help identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and purchasing efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments including accounting, production, and management.
• Generate and maintain purchasing and inventory reports as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other operational projects.
• Perform additional purchasing, inventory, and administrative duties as assigned.

Automated Industrial Systems (AIS) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing & Inventory Manager to join our growing team. This position will play an important role in supporting purchasing activities, inventory management, supplier communication, and overall operational efficiency.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities. Because AIS continues to grow and evolve, this role offers an opportunity to help shape purchasing and inventory processes while contributing to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of materials, components, and supplies.
