Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a enthusiastic Procurement Co-Op in the United States to support our North America Raw Material Procurement team. You will assist with product qualifications, maintain material specifications, and help build a pricing tool through AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

You will collaborate with Procurement, R&D, and operations on projects to enhance business solutions and develop AI agents that improve efficiency, while reducing manual work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (undergraduate only).
• Interest in Procurement.
• Interest in AI, automation, or digital tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist vendor qualification through multi-department coordination for a strategic commodity.
• Assist colleagues on procurement related activities.
• Build an AI agent using Microsoft Copilot Studio to streamline vendor pricing updates across different ERP platforms.
• Test agents, train the team, and create S&OP documents.

About the Role
