CAN Community Health, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Director to lead our procurement and supply chain functions on-site in Florida. This senior role oversees strategy, supplier governance, cost control, and risk management, partnering with executives to drive scalable performance.
The ideal candidate will bring 7–10+ years of progressive procurement experience, including regulated environments, and a track record of implementing enterprise-wide procurement programs and governance.
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Salary: $135,365 - $169,206 annually based on experience

The Purchasing Director provides strategic leadership and oversight of all procurement, sourcing, and supply chain functions across entities of the organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, service levels, and supplier performance while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
As a senior leader, the Director partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategy with organizational goals, drive operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and enhance scalability. This role leads procurement operations, vendor governance, contract strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data, systems, and best practices to deliver measurable value.
