Responsibilities

• Create, process, and manage purchase orders with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Coordinate product procurement and fulfillment to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to maximize value and cost savings.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers while monitoring supplier performance.
• Track and follow up on order status, shipments, backorders, and delivery schedules.
• Process and distribute purchase orders, invoices, and related purchasing documentation.
• Review and analyze purchasing reports and ad hoc data to support business decisions.
• Ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and executed, including product specifications and configurations, quantity changes, split shipments, and multiple orders.
• Serve as a liaison between suppliers, customers, sales teams, and internal departments regarding order status, updates, delays, and fulfillment issues.
• Resolve purchasing and fulfillment discrepancies while maintaining high customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and data within company systems and purchasing platforms.
