Qualifications

• Detail-oriented purchasing professional with strong organizational skills.
• 2+ years of experience in a purchasing position.
• 2+ years of experience with spreadsheet applications (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets, reports, and business correspondence following processes.
• Support Purchasing Manager and Senior Buyers with daily purchasing activities.
• Manage purchase orders, delivery dates, acknowledgements, and change notices.
• Maintain purchasing records and assist with supplier receipts and issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors, meeting deadlines.
