PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Jupiter is hiring a Purchasing Assistant to support the Materials Management team in ordering, receiving, and tracking hospital supplies and equipment. You will help maintain efficient inventory and provide customer service within the department.

The role is full-time with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development within a healthcare setting in Jupiter, Florida.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in inventory control and hospital purchasing preferred.
• Computer experience is preferred.

• Assist the Director of Materials Management in supervising and managing the materials operation.
• Input orders and receive supplies and equipment for the hospital and clinics.
• Conduct inventory management techniques and provide customer support for the department.

The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director of Materials Management in the supervision and the management of the materials management operation. The assistant will input orders and receive supplies and equipment from the hospital and surrounding clinics and conduct sound inventory management techniques and customer support operations for the department.

• Experience: Two (2) years' experience in inventory control and hospital purchasing preferred. Computer experience is preferred. Training is provided.
