Main Tasks

• Manage customer RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and prepare quotations, including simple price verification and quotation creation based on specified URLs
• Capture and document pricing evidence from relevant URLs to maintain organized and verifiable quotation records
• Coordinate deliveries to end locations and confirm item receipt in collaboration with the Logistics Team
• Complete system-related tasks, including product registration and sales price entry
• Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange and manage customer deliveries
• Follow up on order ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) through the local purchasing team or external partners

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
• Fluent in English
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be bilingual in both Korean and English
