Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of Purchasing experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Source and obtain information for new vendor setups.
• Create and organize pricing agreements.
• Help track rebate payments and maintain payment tracker.
• Review, analyze, reconcile, and approve subcontractor/vendor invoices.
• Correspond with subcontractors/vendors and review monthly statements.
