Job description

Compile request for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about order. The position will also prepare reports from data pulled from a PPG and Visual MRP system.

Job Requirements:

• This position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Business, Accounting, or related field
• Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein. 40hrs/week.
• W2 Candidates Only
• 2 years+ or related experience
• Work with varies system such as Visual MRP (allows the production manager to access all of the processes within the production department and make appropriate decisions regarding the processes.), PPG, and BOM (Building of materials) to maintain inventory levels
• May occasionally go to warehouse to verify parts
• Reduce Inventory (Lean)
• Print Purchase Orders
• Prepare Reports
• Work with other departments regarding parts
• Strong Excel Background
