Job summary

VLink Inc. is seeking a Procurement Systems & Business Analysis professional to support SAP ECC/SRM and related procurement applications.

You will troubleshoot issues for internal users and suppliers while ensuring data integrity and system availability across the purchasing and contract management lifecycle. The role involves developing Tableau reports, managing data repositories in SharePoint and Sigma, and coordinating with stakeholders to drive process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong SAP SRM or SAP ECC experience.
• Knowledge of cost movements in business processes.
• Experience supporting RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
• Ability to analyze business processes with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and sourcing applications including SAP ECC, SAP SRM, GRC, PASS, Icertis, GPPS, PNG, and COPICS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues for internal users and external suppliers.
• Monitor and maintain application performance, data integrity, and system availability.
• Research and resolve download, interface, and access-related issues.
• Provide production support for purchasing and contract management processes.
• Create and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Maintain cross-reference data repositories in SharePoint, Tableau, and Sigma.
• Monitor interfaces and integrations between SRM, BizTalk, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot cost movement upload issues and pricing discrepancies.
• Manage procurement workflow exceptions, including RFX cancellations and approval-related issues.
• Provide end-user and supplier training for GPPS, PNG, and Icertis applications.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for vendor code management and labor database processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and system enhancements.

About the role:

Procurement Systems & Business Application Support

Support procurement and sourcing applications including SAP ECC, SAP SRM, GRC, PASS, Icertis, GPPS, PNG, and COPICS.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues for internal users and external suppliers.

Monitor and maintain application performance, data integrity, and system availability.

Research and resolve download, interface, and access-related issues.

Provide production support for purchasing and contract management processes.

SAP Master Data & Procurement Administration

Create and maintain material master data and revision levels in SAP ECC.

Link engineering drawings and maintain procurement-related master data.

Clear PNG errors and manage PPAP status updates.

Add parts to contracts and download contract documentation.

Resolve MADR issues and coordinate with Accounting and business stakeholders.

Support bids, contract updates, and procurement-related transactions.

Reporting, Analytics & Data Management

Develop and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards.

Manage Major Projects Dashboard reporting and metrics.

Maintain cross-reference (Xref) data repositories in SharePoint, Tableau, and Sigma.

Research, validate, and report procurement and supplier performance data.

System Integration & Process Support

Monitor interfaces and integrations between SRM, BizTalk, and related systems.

Troubleshoot cost movement upload issues and pricing discrepancies.

Manage procurement workflow exceptions, including RFX cancellations and approval-related issues.

Support ongoing system enhancements and process improvements.

User Access & Security Administration

Create and approve GRC access requests.

Provision and maintain user access for applications, shared drives, networks, Windchill, and MADR.

Troubleshoot user access and authorization issues.

Coordinate new employee system setup and onboarding activities.

Manage security groups and permissions in accordance with company policies.

Provide end-user and supplier training for GPPS, PNG, and Icertis applications.

Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for vendor code management and labor database processes.

Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and system enhancements.

Create documentation and knowledge-sharing materials to support business users and application adoption.

Must Haves:

2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) or SAP ECC experience

Business process knowledge related to cost movements

Experience supporting RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ)

Ability to analyze business processes and partner with business and technical stakeholders

Nice to Haves:

Procurement and sourcing domain expertise
