Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchasing or inventory replenishment experience in wholesale distribution.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with an ERP system.
• Excellent vendor communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned buy lines in Epicor Eclipse to keep stock at every branch.
• Maintain open purchase orders with accurate dates, quantities and costs.
• Procure special-order material via procurement queue on time.
• Update product data in Eclipse: minimums, order points, lead times, replacement costs.
• Track vendor lead times and order ahead on long lead-time items.
• Use vendor promotions and stock rotations to fit the inventory plan.
• Provide coverage for the purchasing team when others are out.
