Purchasing Admin & Supply Chain Support

Stier Supply Company is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing Admin to join our Supply Chain team. This role is essential to keeping our purchasing process running smoothly by managing purchase order acknowledgements, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. If you're highly organized, enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things on track, and are looking to join a supportive, fast-paced team, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do

  • Process purchase order acknowledgements with accuracy and efficiency
  • Schedule and confirm delivery appointments with suppliers and carriers
  • Track incoming orders and follow up on delays or discrepancies
  • Review daily reports to identify any issues and help resolve them quickly
  • Keep detailed records of monthly blanket POs and receiving documents
  • Support the team with supplier returns and inventory adjustments
  • Enter received materials into our ERP system with accuracy
  • Keep the open order file current and organized
  • Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Pitch in with other administrative tasks as needed

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or purchasing role
  • Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using digital tools (tablets, smartphones, etc.)
  • Ability to stay focused and accurate with repetitive tasks
  • Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain processes is a plus
