Ben Bridge Jeweler seeks an Associate Purchase Coordinator and Inventory Assistant to manage associate purchases and support inventory accuracy across stores and corporate locations. The role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and adherence to purchasing procedures.

You will process requests, maintain records, and assist with inventory counts in a hybrid environment, with onsite attendance three or more days weekly in Seattle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in retail operations, inventory control, purchasing support, or related area preferred.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with inventory-management systems, POS platforms, and standard business applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity in recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Process associate purchase and accommodation requests per policies and approvals.
• Review requests for completeness, obtain approvals, and complete related transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of associate purchases and approvals.
• Serve as primary contact for associate purchase inquiries and guide on program rules.
• Enter and maintain purchase information in systems; provide updates to associates.
• Escalate policy exceptions or unusual transactions to leadership.
• Inventory support: respond to store inquiries and review records for errors.
• Research and correct inventory discrepancies; coordinate resolution with partners.
• Assist stores with POS and inventory-related questions; support physical inventories.
• Document resolutions and recurring issues to improve inventory accuracy.
