PRMI in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase transactions. You will work with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to accelerate turn times and keep referral partners busy.

This is a commission-based role with strong income potential and comprehensive benefits. Requirements include being a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination, and established relationships with real estate agents or builders.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate agents or builders.
• Strong product knowledge across conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and jumbo programs.

Responsibilities

• Close more loan requests by leveraging in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams.
• Focus on purchase financing and timely deal closures.
• Meet or exceed production targets and maintain partner relationships.
