PRMI, a nationwide mortgage lender, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase transactions in Hartford, CT. This on-site role supports a fast-turnaround environment with in-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams.

You will originate loans, build relationships with real estate agents or builders, and capitalize on a broad product menu including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo. Compensation is commission-based with potential draws and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Relationships with real estate agents or builders, or you're ready to build them.
• Wants purchase business and a company that helps you get it.

Responsibilities

• Close more loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to speed approvals.
• Provide a broad product menu (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo) to win deals.
