The role offers a 12 hours per week schedule with evenings and weekends as shown, plus a sign-on bonus and a welcoming, high-energy team environment that cares for each puppy's development.

Charlotte Dog Club is hiring a Puppy Caretaker!

Do you have a soft spot for paws and a hard no for accidents? We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Nursery Caretaker to join our team and help our littlest members thrive!

In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our puppies happy, healthy, and comfortable. Your responsibilities will include taking puppies out for regular potty breaks, preparing and serving meals, maintaining a clean and sanitary nursery, and helping with the daily care and routine of our puppies.
