Qualifications

• ILR Level 2+ proficiency in English and Punjabi (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
• Tier 2 background check completed; security clearance not required.
• Discretion, professional judgment, and cultural knowledge essential for sensitive cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site interpretation at ORR programs and locations.
• Deliver remote interpretation via phone/video as needed, including 24/7 requests.
