Job summary

LILT (Production) is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers in the United States to support AI training and evaluation projects. As an independent contractor, you will evaluate prompts and AI outputs, annotate text, and review multimedia content with careful judgment aligned to local norms and brand guidelines.

You will work on diverse tasks, applying concise feedback, meeting project objectives, and choosing flexible hours that fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to thoroughly categorize content.

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs.
• Deliver culturally relevant content by applying local tone and market fit.
• Spot issues such as artefacts, inconsistent style, translation errors, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes.
