Fairfield Inn Jeffersonville is seeking a cheerful and energetic Housekeeper to join our team. The role emphasizes on-time attendance and reporting to work as scheduled, with responsibilities spanning guest room cleaning, laundry duties, and maintaining public areas.

You will assist guests with requests and ensure a high standard of service throughout shifts. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff, work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, and report to work with

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and managers.
• Excellent customer services
• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Reporting to work on time and whenever scheduled
• Must be able to report to work, if needed, with little or no prior notice.
• Experience is helpful but not necessary

Responsabilités

• Cleaning & arranging guest rooms
• Maintaining hotel standards for guest arrival; performing laundry duties
• Cleaning & maintaining common areas
• Stocking & maintaining supplies
• Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
• Assisting guests with requests as needed
• Reporting all damages or repairs to management, as well as reporting all lost & found items.
