We are culture architects, creating a world-class customer experience and guiding our clients to decisions that complement corporate culture and inspire employees to be their very best.

The Punch & Warranty Specialist is a highly organized, administrative role responsible for managing punch and warranty items from identification through final resolution and closeout. This position requires strong internal and external communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and a sense of urgency while managing a high volume of details and open items.

While primarily desk-based, this is also a client-facing role built around relationships and trust. The Punch & Warranty Specialist communicates directly with clients, manufacturers, vendors, installation partners, and internal teams to provide updates, solve problems, set expectations, and ensure issues are brought to a successful resolution.

We are looking for someone who thrives with self-direction, ownership, and accountability. You will be expected to manage your workload, prioritize competing needs, proactively follow up, use sound judgment within established processes, identify solutions, and know when an issue needs to be escalated. Success in this position requires someone who takes initiative and keeps work moving forward while collaborating closely with the broader team.

The Punch & Warranty Specialist is also cross-trained to provide backup support for the Project Coordinator function and is expected to maintain proficiency in core Project Coordinator responsibilities.

  4. Create punch and warranty orders and related purchase orders in EM1.
  5. Review acknowledgements, track shipping and delivery information, and resolve discrepancies.
  6. Coordinate product, service, repairs, installation, and other activities required to complete punch and warranty work.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EM1.
  8. Follow established COQ, company, and Client Experience processes.
  9. Assist in identifying financial responsibility for punch and warranty items and provide documentation for credits, chargebacks, and invoicing.
  10. Review aging items and proactively follow up to keep work moving toward completion.
  11. Communicate completed work for invoicing and final closeout.
  12. Provide backup support for Project Coordinator responsibilities as needed.

  11. Comfort working primarily at a computer throughout the workday
  12. Ability to work independently within established processes while remaining highly collaborative
