MPE (An MRA Member) in Sturtevant, WI is seeking a Punch Press Team Member for second shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM). Join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility to produce precision metal components and support production in a fast-paced team environment.

You will operate punch press equipment, load materials, read blueprints, inspect parts, and maintain safety. Requirements include a high school diploma and 1+ year punch press/stamping/CNC experience; ability to stand long

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of punch press, stamping, or CNC manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic computer systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate punch press equipment to produce precision metal components.
• Load materials, adjust machine settings, and inspect finished parts.
• Read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and support production as needed.
