We are a privately-held independent metal fabrication company that produces components used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers' needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.


Our capabilities include metal stamping, laser cutting, brake forming, tubular stamped components, CNC and Swiss machined parts, wire forms, thread rolling, weldments, and integrated assemblies. Our modern facility includes an in-house tool and die department and fastener distributorship.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Shift options:

  • 1st shift: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm
  • 2nd shift: Monday through Thursday 3pm-1am
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set-up, operate, and adjust 5-ton to 200-ton metal stamping presses.
  • Select the correct tooling for the job task with set-up documents or supervisor/lead assistance.
  • Able to troubleshoot metal forming problems.
  • Make routine decisions and use problem-solving skills to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance.
  • Be a team player with a positive, "can do" attitude.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Competent at basic dimensional measuring and the use of precision measurement tools.
  • Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings.
  • Flexible, responsive, and team-oriented.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge.
EXPERIENCE (PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED):
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of metal manufacturing.
  • A certificate from college or technical school is a plus.
