ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS

As a global supplier of solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners, and other attachment materials for the electronics assembly industry, we develop innovative materials that join electronic circuits in high volume device manufacturing. Our high-performing interconnect materials are used to assemble consumer electronics from circuit boards, discrete electronic components, connectors, and integrated circuit substrates.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled Semi-Automated Equipment Operator to oversee the seamless operation of sophisticated automated machinery and software under a strict Zero-Defect Manufacturing Policy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision in handling equipment, ensuring high-quality material processing while adhering to strict quality standards and multitasking effectively. This role also requires expertise in operating and understanding sensitive sensor measurement instruments to maintain optimal production accuracy

What will you be doing?


  • Maintain flawless execution of processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Pay close attention to material quality, identifying any inconsistencies or defects.
  • Follow quality gates and company standards to maintain optimal output.
  • Collect and accurately record critical production data for reporting and analysis.
  • Perform multitasking activities, managing multiple aspects of the operation simultaneously.
  • Exhibit proficiency in running computer systems required for equipment operation and data collection.
  • Utilize keen eyesight and attention to detail to detect potential errors and prevent defects.
  • Understand, and operate sensitive sensor measurement instruments to ensure precise data collection and equipment functionality.
  • Use metrology instruments to measure process results and escalate quality issues when appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to cleanroom protocols and safety procedures to maintain a controlled environment.
  • Document process details, report abnormalities, and collaborate with engineers for continuous improvement


Who are You?


  • Proven experience operating automated machinery and working with advanced software systems.
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate production control software seamlessly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required. Able to work extra hours and weekends if required.
  • Must be able to read, write, and comprehend written instructions in English.

What competencies will you need?


  • High School diploma or equivalent & 1-2 years of manufacturing experience
  • Quality focused with strong attention to detail. Able to read and interpret work process procedures. Strong computer knowledge.
  • Demonstrated communication skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Must have a quality mindset with strong attention to detail and respect for a safe work environment.

Pay range for this role is $20-$28 per hour. DOE and education.
