Now Hiring: Experienced Punch Press Setup & Operator – 1st Shift

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Punch Press Setup and Operator to join our team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating punch press machines in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up punch press machines according to job specifications and blueprints

• Operate punch presses to produce parts to exact tolerances

• Perform routine quality checks and make necessary adjustments

• Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5years of experience in punch press setup and operation

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specs

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule & Compensation:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday - 5:00am - 2:00pm

• Competitive pay based on experience
