Our family-owned company specializes in luxury residences ranging from 8,000 to 12,000 square feet. As a Punch-Out/Master Carpenter, you will play a critical role in the final phase of construction, ensuring that every detail is perfected before project completion. You'll handle everything from intricate trim work to last-minute adjustments, making sure our homes meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and luxury.

This role requires a highly skilled finish carpenter who can work efficiently, problem-solve on the fly, and execute fine details with precision. You'll collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure each home is move-in ready and up to the level of excellence our clients expect.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install and adjust doors, windows, cabinetry, baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, and custom millwork.
• Address and complete all punch-out items, including adjustments, touch-ups, and finishing details.
• Construct and install built-in shelving, paneling, stair components, and other high-end woodwork.
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets luxury home standards before final walkthroughs.
• Identify and resolve any carpentry-related issues before homeowner turnover.
• Sand, stain, paint, and finish wood surfaces as needed for a seamless, high-end appearance.
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure all last-minute corrections are handled efficiently.
• Operate and maintain woodworking tools and ensure job sites are left clean and organized.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in high-end finish carpentry and punch-out work on custom homes.
• Expert knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and finishing methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings.
• Unmatched attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools (saws, routers, sanders, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to on-site challenges.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
