Job summary

The position requires attention to detail, ability to read blueprints and measurement tools, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Occasional overtime or weekend shifts may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience operating punch press equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working independently or in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement.
• This position may require standing for extended periods, repetitive motion, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Safety gear (gloves, eye protection, steel-toed footwear, etc.) is required.

• Use of calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to ensure quality standards
• Follow drawings or work orders as provided by a team leader.
• Read/interpret blueprints and make minor adjustments as necessary
• Must be able to maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area and comply with all safety rules and procedures.
• Must work efficiently while keeping safety, quality and production standards in mind at all times.

• Any other task asked by the leadership team.
