The role emphasizes rapid deployment for disaster responses and close collaboration with project leads to meet timelines and deliver efficient, reliable equipment to customers. Travel is substantial, with a focus on field sites and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications/education in mechanics or engineering is a plus.
Experience with bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, A/C and water restoration or construction equipment.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical/electronic interfaces.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

Assist with system mobilization and decommissioning: setup and tear down of equipment for pumping, power, HVAC and energy systems.
Support emergency and disaster response deployment and resource management.
Lead safety compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
Collaborate with Project Leads to monitor timelines and resource allocation; ensure on-time project delivery.

Compliance Oversight: Identify potential hazards and implement necessary controls to guarantee the team operates in a manner that ensures project execution and minimizes risk

Base Pay Range: $27.07 - 37.21
