Job Description

Pay: $20.48 per hour (additional boiler responsibilities may an additional $0.61 per hour)

This position supports pumping and loading of oil. Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required. Candidates must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled setting and outdoors in the elements.

The tasks required are, but not limited to, general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), sample retrieval, power washing, lifting, and hauling items up and down stairs, dump rework, and operate a motorized forklift.

• Unloads railcars and tank trucks.
• Ensures seal matches the proper container and Certificate of Authenticity (COA) before pumping. Seals must be properly placed on containers before they leave the property.
• Responsible for pumping oil in the correct tank and ensures the correct oil is going to the packaging line.
• Inspects railcars and tank trucks to ensure they are empty before sealing.
• Maintains work area and equipment always clean.
• Ensures all pour back goes into the proper tank.
• Responsible for changing oil filters on each line weekly.
• Unloads and loads finished goods and scrap trucks.
• Ensures cleanliness of the area and perform general clean up.
• Completes necessary paperwork for additive addition and placing additives into tanks.
• Completes necessary documentation for truck loading/unloading.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Relevant Experience: Preferably in a food manufacturing environment.

Equipment/Software Skills: Must have basic computer skills - data entry.

Competencies: Be active and participate in efficiency and safety improvement teams; learn and follow written rules and procedures; produce accurate documentation; maintain acceptable attendance; must be willing and able to learn various positions; and must fill in when needed in temporary/permanent vacancies.

Additional Information

Physical: Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces, work with heights, and must be respirator qualified.

Sensory: Vision, Hearing, Smell.

Mental/Reasoning: Attention to detail.
