Job summary

Hydro Resources Holdings, Inc. is seeking a pump technician to install, repair, and maintain line shaft and submersible turbine pumps across agricultural, industrial, municipal, and mining settings. You will rehabilitate wells and diagnose pump issues while maintaining detailed safety records.

The role requires 2+ years of pump experience and a high school diploma or GED, with welding and electrical knowledge considered a plus. A valid driving record and pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years experience in water well pump work.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, municipal well work including turbine and submersible pump work.

Responsibilities

• Installation and removal of line shaft and submersible water well pumps.
• Demonstrate safe and efficient pump work.
• Troubleshoot well and pump problems.
• Maintain detailed records—daily work, vehicle and safety reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor, crew and customer.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 or more years experience
• Experience in all phases of commercial, industrial and municipal well work including turbine and submersible pump work/well rehabilitation
• Welding, electrical and construction knowledge and experience are helpful
• Must have good driving record
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
