Job summary

ChampionX is seeking Pump Repair Technicians for the Harbison-Fischer facility in Hobbs, NM. Duties include inventory management, assembling/disassembling rod pumps, and general warehouse tasks in a safe, organized environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, good communication, and the capacity to read blueprints and interpret manufacturing documents. This role is on-site at Hobbs, NM.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to operate company vehicle.
• Some computer skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good driving record.
• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Solid technical skills to understand computerized measuring machines and metalworking processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documents.
• Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.
