Granite Construction is hiring Pump Installers to support water pump installations in the Wichita area. This entry-level, field-based role includes assisting with mechanical tasks, loading equipment, and supporting pump site logistics. Ideal candidates will have mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel and work outdoors for extended periods.

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordWillingness to travel and stay out of town for up to 2 weeks
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work long shifts outdoors
• Mechanically inclined; experience with pumps is a plus

What will make you stand out:

• CDL Class A or B license
• Construction, hydraulic, or mechanical experience
