United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Mechanic - Pump (Service Tech II) in the Fluid division. You’ll perform maintenance and minor repairs on pumps, troubleshoot issues, and provide safe, reliable service to customers at sites.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years pump repair experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong mechanical skills. Join a team focused on safety, service quality and career growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience repairing and maintaining pumps of various sizes and manufacturers.
• Knowledge of construction equipment.
• Strong mechanical background knowledge with engines.
• Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams.
• Own the tools applicable to position.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform service documentation.
• Train lower level Technicians.
• Demonstrate equipment for customers.
• Travel to customer sites.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
