Job summary

Cleveland Pump Repair & Services is seeking skilled technicians to perform pump repair and maintenance across field and shop operations. You will disassemble, inspect, and rebuild various pump types, measure critical dimensions, and ensure OEM specifications are met.

You will also conduct field service including onsite installation and startup checks, alignments, and troubleshooting, while following safety policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industrial mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Experience repairing centrifugal pumps or rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild centrifugal and rotating pumps.
• Measure shaft runout, bearing fits, and impeller clearances.
• Replace bearings, seals, wear parts, and gaskets.
• Align pumps and drivers using laser or dial indicators.
• Troubleshoot vibration, leakage, and performance issues.
• Perform field service: onsite installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
