Tradesmen International, LLC is actively hiring a Pump Mechanic to service and repair industrial pumps on a first-shift basis in the Dallas, NC area. The role involves diagnosing failures, disassembling, rebuilding, and testing pumps, and performing preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience repairing industrial pumps or rotating equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and shop equipment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Stand, kneel, bend, crouch, and climb throughout the workday.
• Work safely in shop and industrial plant environments.
• Comfortable working around machinery, noise, heat, cold, and dusty conditions.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts (training provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical failures on industrial pumps and rotating equipment.
• Inspect, disassemble, clean, rebuild, and reassemble pumps and related equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and complete pump overhauls.
• Install, align, and commission new pumping equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment drawings, manuals, and repair documentation.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate service records.
• Recommend repair options and replacement parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Assist with field service assignments as needed.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Pump Mechanics for projects located in or around Dallas, NC. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $26-$30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Diagnose mechanical failures on industrial pumps and rotating equipment
