Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in mechanical, civil or industrial engineering preferred.
• 3 years of pump application engineering or inside pump sales experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Project management experience desired.
• Strong technical mechanical and electrical aptitude; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee initial design and quotation of pre-sale engineered pump and fan systems based on customer specifications.
• Collaborate with customers and outside sales to obtain system details and deliver accurate quotes.
• Provide technical assistance and source vendor quotes; create bill of materials for quoting.
• Create drawing requests and verify approval drawings against quoted system; maintain project records.
• Attend pump schools and training; contribute to continuous improvement and inventory quality.
