Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding conditions
• Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Valid Power Industrial Truck certification

Nice to Have Skills:

• Recycling or manufacturing experience
• Troubleshooting and quality control knowledge

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Prior recycling experience highly valued
• Experience with manufacturing processes and quality systems
