Job summary

Clearwater Paper Corporation in Lewiston, ID is seeking a Pulp Mill Assistant Superintendent to lead manufacturing operations ensuring safety, quality, and production targets. This role includes coordinating operational budgets and implementing improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years in an operations leadership position and a background in chemical engineering or pulp and paper engineering. Experience with coaching teams and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in an operations leadership role in a Paper or Consumer Packaged Goods processing facility.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Comfortable presenting up to senior level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead manufacturing operations in the Pulp Mill area.
• Ensure adherence to Safety and Quality standards.
• Mentor shift supervisors for effective team leadership.
