Job summary
MedElite Group, LLC. is looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant specializing in Pulmonology to provide care in the Patient Health Management program. Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license required.
- DEA License and CPR BCLS/BLS certification are mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients with pulmonary conditions.
- Diagnose and treat common respiratory illnesses including asthma and pneumonia.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
