Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within the geographic area or within a reasonable distance.
• Travel 60–80% travel; geography dependent.
• Respiratory or biologic experience required.
• At least five years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical role in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs in pulmonology for on-label discussions.
• Align with cross-functional teams; coordinate resources against marketing plans.
• Share KOL insights with marketing and leadership; provide feedback to commercial leadership.
• Measure KOL advocacy aligned to brand messages.
• Enhance KOL engagement with senior leaders, medical, marketing and brand partners.
• Collaborate with field sales to schedule promotional speaker engagements.
• Assist with on-label KOL development and collaboration with Medical Science Liaisons.
• Plan and execute KOL engagements at conferences and regional events.
• Provide speaker recommendations and identify emerging opinion leaders.
• Execute customer-centric needs-based approach with targeted KOLs.
