1. Outpatient-only
2. Supported by a service area population of more than 428,000
3. The practice is located in a multi-specialty clinic with collaboration opportunities with Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Nephrology, and Travel Medicine physicians
4. Lab, DEXA Bone Density Scan, and medical imaging are all onsite
