• Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in Indiana.
• BC/BE Pulmonary Diseases.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Interventional Pulmonology required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
