Job summary

Healthcare Connections seeks a Board Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join a growing team in Central Indiana. The role combines hospital and clinic duties with a Monday–Friday schedule, using EPIC EMR and a robust support staff. Ideal candidate holds an Indiana license and has CC/ICU experience.

Compensation includes signing bonus and relocation assistance within a large health system, with a physician-friendly community and strong mentorship from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care MD/DO with active Indiana license.
• Experience in hospital and clinic settings preferred.
• Excellent mentorship and collegial team environment.

Responsibilities

• Hospital group employed position with blend of hospital and clinic duties.
• 15-20 patients per day across clinic and hospital settings.
• EPIC EMR documentation and coordination with support staff.

CENTRAL INDIANA Pulm/Critical Care: 25% hospital + 75% clinic

Excellent opportunity to join an established group of 4 physicians who are ready to add a new colleague to the team due to HUGE growth and patient demand! This growth position is a full-time hospital group employed opportunity with a blend of in-and out-patient work, Monday-Friday schedule, and EPIC EMR. The practice is busy and currently seeing 20-25 ppd in clinic + 20-24 ppd in the hospital. The group has an exceptional support staff including a dedicated MA and RN for each physician and 2 RN's rounding during day call. The physicians are experienced and great mentors making it a great practice for a young physician. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care MD/DO with an active Indiana license.

• Established Busy Group of 4 MD's
• 1 week Hospital + 3 weeks Clinic
• Outreach 1-2 days/month
