Greenville, North Carolina, Pulmonology - Outpatient Only Opening

• Clinical Role:
  • Seeking board-certified Pulmonologists for outpatient practice. Sleep specialization is a plus but not required.
  • Permanent, full-time position across multiple offices in Greenville.
  • Outpatient primary care work with patients aged 18+.
  • Patient volume: 20+ per day.
  • Work schedule: 4.5 days/week.
  • Rotating phone call: 2-3 days/month and 4-5 weekends/year, with average calls: 3.5 weeknights and 15 weekends.
  • Supervision of APPs is optional. Hospital admissions are managed by hospitalists.
• Organization Information:
  • Shareholders receive 100% profit with no cap; partnership track available in 2-4 years, with an early option at 2 years involving a $15k stock purchase.
  • Salary in the 90th percentile after 2 years; employed model also available.
  • Non-shareholders earn a salary plus a bonus (50% of profit upon meeting goals); salary increases with profit.
  • Shareholders can own real estate with no buy-in, enhancing retirement portfolios.
