Position Details:
GEISINGER MEDICAL CENTER (GMC), located in Danville, PA, is the largest tertiary/quaternary care teaching hospital in the region, licensed for 475 beds, including 89 pediatric beds in the Janet Weis Children's Hospital. GMC is a Magnet Hospital and maintains the region's only Level I Regional Resource Trauma Center with additional qualifications in pediatrics. It offers a wide range of specialized services including neurosciences, cardiovascular, transplantation, women's health, oncology, and orthopedics. The Hospital for Advanced Medicine serves the most critical patients. Outpatient services are available both on and off campus.
Education: Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (Required)
Experience: Relevant clinical experience in pulmonary and critical care.
Licenses and Certifications: Licensed Medical Doctor in Pennsylvania.
