- Supervise other providers with minimal oversight.
- Manage ICU patients independently.

Schedule:
- 7a-7p (in-house) + 7p-7a (off-site call)
- Shifts per month: one shift per month, meaning one block of dates per month.
Details:
- Average Number of ICU Patients Per Day: 13
- Total Number of Beds: 200
- Number of ICU Beds: 12
- Required to Supervise other Providers: APP supervision.
- Oversight is minimal as nurse practitioners are able to practice independently.

- Credentialing timeline: 30-45 days
- Only ICU patients are being seen per day
